Notifications, background tasks, automatic synchronization or alarms do not work correctly for “Abfall App” on your Samsung Galaxy A6?


  1. Open the “Settings” of your device.
  2. Choose “Device maintenance”.
  3. At the bottom left, choose “Battery”.
  4. At the very bottom, choose “Unmonitored apps”.
  5. Check if “Abfall App” is already in the list. If it’s in the list, there’s nothing left for you to do. Otherwise, proceed with the next step.
  6. At the very bottom, tap on “Add apps”.
  7. Find “Abfall App” in the list of apps.
  8. Put a checkmark into the checkbox next to “Abfall App”.
  9. At the very top, press “Done”.
  10. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  2. If you have any app like “Clean Master”, “Security Master”, “Task Manager”, “Phone Cleaner”, “Super Cleaner”, “Power Clean”, “DU Cleaner”, “DU Speed Booster”, “CCleaner”, “AVG Cleaner”, “Avast Cleanup” or “Norton Clean”, check that it doesn’t block or terminate “Abfall App”.
  3. If unsure, consider uninstalling the app claiming to “clean” or “boost” your device.
