Notifications, background tasks, automatic synchronization or alarms do not work correctly for “adidas Running” on your Honor 6C Pro?


  1. Open the “Phone Manager” on your device.
  2. At the bottom left, choose “Battery”.
  3. Tap on “Close apps on screen lock”.
  4. Find “adidas Running” in the list of apps.
  5. Next to “adidas Running”, make sure the switch is turned off, i.e. with its knob or handle at the left.
  6. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  2. If you have any app like “Clean Master”, “Security Master”, “Task Manager”, “Phone Cleaner”, “Super Cleaner”, “Power Clean”, “DU Cleaner”, “DU Speed Booster”, “CCleaner”, “AVG Cleaner”, “Avast Cleanup” or “Norton Clean”, check that it doesn’t block or terminate “adidas Running”.
  3. If unsure, consider uninstalling the app claiming to “clean” or “boost” your device.
