Notifications, background tasks, automatic synchronization or alarms do not work correctly for “Example App” on Android 2 (“Eclair”, “Froyo”, “Gingerbread”)?


  1. Open the “Settings” of your device.
  2. Choose “Power management”.
  3. Choose “Auto-start Manager”.
  4. At the top, select “Downloaded”.
  5. In the list of apps, find “Example App”.
  6. Next to “Example App”, make sure that the switch is turned on, i.e. with its knob or handle at the right.
  7. Leave by pressing “Home” at the bottom of your device.
