Notifications, background tasks, automatic synchronization or alarms do not work correctly for “K-9 Mail” on Android 9 (“Pie”)?

  3. Choose “K-9 Mail” from the list of apps.
  4. Make sure that it says “Off”.

  2. If you have any app like “Clean Master”, “Security Master”, “Task Manager”, “Phone Cleaner”, “Super Cleaner”, “Power Clean”, “DU Cleaner”, “DU Speed Booster”, “CCleaner”, “AVG Cleaner”, “Avast Cleanup” or “Norton Clean”, check that it doesn’t block or terminate “K-9 Mail”.
  3. If unsure, consider uninstalling the app claiming to “clean” or “boost” your device.
