Notifications, background tasks, automatic synchronization or alarms do not work correctly for “K-9 Mail” on your Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro?


  1. Open the “Settings” of your device.

  3. Find “K-9 Mail” in the list of apps.
  4. Tap on “K-9 Mail”.
  5. Choose “Battery”.
  6. Tap on “Optimize battery usage”.

  3. If unsure, consider uninstalling the app claiming to “clean” or “boost” your device.
