SamsungNotifications, background tasks, automatic synchronization or alarms do not work correctly for “SoundProfile” on your Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5?
- Open the “Settings” of your device.
- Choose “Device maintenance”.
- At the bottom left, choose “Battery”.
- At the very bottom, choose “Unmonitored apps”.
- Check if “SoundProfile” is already in the list. If it’s in the list, there’s nothing left for you to do. Otherwise, proceed with the next step.

- Find “SoundProfile” in the list of apps.
- Put a checkmark into the checkbox next to “SoundProfile”.

- If unsure, consider uninstalling the app claiming to “clean” or “boost” your device.
